Dear All,

I have following network envoirnment

CISCO Switch: 3560
RADIUS Server: 2008
Clients: WinXP-SP3

I implemented dot1x on CISCO 3560 switches. This feature is working very fine but i am getting 1 issue. When any user that has already profile in WinXP then RADIUS Server & CISCO 3560 switch authenticate that user successfuly but when any new user want to login on WinXP then he/She is unable to authenticate. They get a message "Domain not Available".

Regards,
