Hello there,

I just installed squid and dansguardian and would to use them to filter urls and content. I would like to know how to use cisco asa that we have, or if you have any other easy way to control and filter urls and contents for outbound connections

Thank you so much

Your best bet is to configure WCCP between the ASA and Squid. This will keep you from having to enter proxy servers into your clients.

I have not done this with Squid and cannot offer any implementation specific advice. I do know that ASA WCCP support does work very well with Websense.
