Hello,

I'm having a sporadic problem in Firefox. When I google search for something, then click on a result, the correct url is hijacked by something starting with "adwordsredirect.google.com"and it takes me to some ad page. This is intensely annoying.

I've done spyware scans, and they remove the problem temporarily, but it always returns. I searched my registry for "adword" and found nothing. Can anyone please please please tell me how to remove this issue?

Would adding a Hijack Log help answer my question?

Thanks!

That was useful. Thanks.

This is an unrelated question and I didn't post an HJT log. I don't mind if you have no useful contribution, but there's also no need to be unpleasant about it.
