Anyone have any idea why my website in IIS 6.0 would start asking me for a username and password all of a sudden?

My permissions are set for anonymous access and Windows Integrated Authentication. Even when I remove the Windows Authentication, I don't see the username and password popup but I recieve a "You are not authorized to view this web page".

The only changes made were when I published the website with Front Page 2003.

Any ideas or common areas?

Thanks.

Is this is an internal or external site? If internal, does entering in your network credentials let you access the site?
