What's the best software to log access to removable media like CD-ROM and USB drives?

Specifically I'm looking for a way to track what files users are writing to these devices. With stealth, if possible.

Network: 80 clients, mix of Vista and XP SP2; 5 servers running Windows Server 2003.

Thanks,

--Doug

PGP Endpoint can do this for sure. It is a DLP (Data Loss Prevention) suite which can be used to monitor or control access to removable media. It can also "shadow" either filenames or the whole file and it can do it in stealth if required.

I am a driver developer. I think the only way to audit file access activities is to use FileSystem filter driver, it can achieve your goal. But I don't find any related product yet...
