I have a Toshiba laptop running Windows Vista Home Edition. It kept freezing to where I had to just turn it off and restart it, so I reset it to factory setting but the problem still persists. Any thoughts as to the problem and possible solution. Thank you.

I had similar problems with a Toshiba satellite pro laptop and the freezing problem was a hardware mal-function due to over-heating and had to replace the motherboard. I suggest that you take it to a repair center!
