I've got a user that is running IE 8 on Windows XP SP3. The user cannot right-click and paste in to the body of an email using Outlook Web Access in Internet Explorer. <ctl> v & <shift><ins> work, but right-click paste is greyed out. Firefox works fine. There are some other sluggish behaviors as well, so I'm afraid it's a spyware problem. I've tried changing the security settings in IE, etc, but no luck. Have you heard of spyware doing this or is there some system setting that may be at issue.

For what it's worth, there's another computer with the same setup that works fine (IE8, Outlook Web Access, and XP SP3). It's something specific to this computer.

Thanks

You can try to Reset IE8 to its default settings (Internet Options under the advanced tab). After that, close IE8 and then open it again. If that fails, go to the Control Panel and uninstall IE8. After that, go to Windows updates and download it again.
You should just use Firefox instead, IE sucks...

What's your default HTML editor in IE?
